The Group has Arrived!!

The group from New Beginnings Church in Decatur, IL lead by Pastor Dan Watkins Jr. landed tonight at 7:30pm after a 12 hour layover in Guatemala City.  They were tired but really excited.  When we got them checked in their rooms at the hotel the group immediately went to work unpacking all the goodies they brought for the kids in Villa Hermosa and a few for us too.  We had a brief meeting about the do's and don'ts of Guatemala... no paper in the toilet and don't drink the water to name a few.  When we finally left the hotel around 10pm they were all still working away.  Tomorrow will be an early day...  Devotions at 5:30am, breakfast at 6am and out to the village by 7:30 am.  They will be helping with the English classes, starting the work projects and preparing for our VBS days.  We are so excited to have them here!!

Can't wait to see what God is going to do this week!!!  Amen!!
