We were robbed!!! Again!

Last night around 8:30pm we got a call that our school was being robbed.  Ted, Tiberius and I jumped in the truck and took off out there.  Ted has a police officer friend that he called on the way and asked if he could come out.  We arrived to find our police officer friend and 2 other trucks full of police along with a dozen or so villagers with machetes.  We quickly found out the thieves came over the wall in the same place they did last time and then put one of our ladders on the outside of the wall to get back out.  Out of the main building they were only able to get away with a few hand tools.  Praise God!!  The sad part and harder to deal with is they broke into the school.  They bent the bars back and climbed in and destroyed the place.  The only thing they got out of the school was Ted's CD player.  But as you can tell by the photos they sure made a mess of things.
I know your wondering how all this happened.  Well come to find out our guard hasn't been coming to the property as soon as it wis dark like he has been getting paid to do.  He was waiting till later in the evening.  The thieves must have been taking notice of his tardiness.  The minute it got dark they arrived.  Our guard coming to work last night about 8:15 or so actually prevented them from doing any more damage.
Ted spent the night in the school, he just could leave it last night.  When the sun came up he started walking around and was able to find some tools that had been dropped.  He has a welder coming out today to fix the bars on the school and he has talked with our contractor about what our options are for the back corner.  Monday we are going to talk to some guard services.  We don't want that extra monthly expense but what else can we do?
